Come and experience the good news of resurrection with us.

The adult and handbell choirs of EFMC and FBC Eatonton will present “Love Divine” by Joel Raney on Palm Sunday at 6:00pm in the First Baptist Church sanctuary. Experience the emotional examination of the Passion of Christ, taking listeners from Jesus’ triumphant entry into Jerusalem, to the Last Supper, to his prayers in the garden, his arrest, trial, crucifixion and his miraculous resurrection.

Join us on Maundy Thursday as we remember the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross. Our 6:00pm Tenebrae service in the Historic Sanctuary will begin after a 5:00 supper in the Great Hall. The service will include reflective music, Scripture readings, and a message focused on the significance of Christ's death and the redemption it offers to all humanity.

Join us at 12:00 noon in the Historic Sanctuary, 302 N Madison, for our Good Friday service focusing on the passion and death of Christ through prayer, somber reflection, and scripture. It is a time for penance and devotion to commemorate the sacrifice of Jesus.
Lunch at 12:30pm in the Great Hall, 301 N Jefferson Avenue, follows the service.
At 7:00am we’ll meet for an ecumenical service on the Plaza Arts Center steps, 305 N Madison.
For children ages birth through 5th grade, hop on over to the Great Hall for our Easter Egg Hunt and Pancake Breakfast on March 28 from 8:30-10:00am. Parents/guardian must attend with child.
